Taxes and Customs

All prices are exclusive of all sales, use, and excise taxes, duties, and charges imposed by any governmental authority on any amounts payable by the buyer. The buyer shall be responsible for all such charges, costs, and taxes when they are liable to pay for goods. Sales tax rates are calculated based on the shipping address. If a customer is tax-exempt, the purchaser should email a copy of their tax exemption certificate to accounting@workspacemovingsolutions.com.

Shipping

WorkSpace Moving Solutions may use third-party vendors to ship items purchased. Should damage or loss occur during transportation, it is up to the customer and third-party vendor to settle disputes.

Prices listed assumes the customer will pickup at our warehouse at 3831 South Alston Avenue, Durham, NC 27713. Please email quotes@workspacemovingsolutions.com for delivery and freight options. Please list your product number (e.g.  WSOP-GRN-001) in the subject line.

International Shipping

WorkSpace Moving Solutions provides international shipping. Customers are responsible for shipping charges and any additional local taxes or customs both ways on all international shipments unless other arrangements have been made. Before ordering, the customer should request specific details from the appropriate customs and tax authorities.

Damaged Shipments

All items purchased are sold "As-Is".

Returns and Warranty

There are no refunds, returns, and no warranties.
